At Glennon & Associates our initial service provides an Investigation Report to record evidence upon which
liability shall be decided at a later time.

Our Reports are constructed in a standard reader-friendly manner, providing a chronological and purely
factual account of matters giving rise to the case in hand.

Each Report concludes with a view on liability considering the information available with regard to
relevant legislation, precedent and most importantly, the interpretation of the present Judiciary.

An Addendum Report is incorporated to deal with additional matters such as the Insured’s knowledge of
the injury, initial or provisional file estimates, policy liability and further action matters.

Subsequent Addendum Reports are prepared over the course of a case detailing all further and relevant
evidence and their consequential effects on an overall basis.
