Individual instructions are acknowledged on the date of receipt
Brokers are contacted on the date of instruction
Plaintiff Solicitors, Co-Defendants, Third Parties are responded to on the date of instruction
Medical Reports are commissioned with immediate effect
The provision of Liability Reports is monitored on a weekly basis and in relation to the date of instruction
All cases - estimates, negotiations, medicals, up-dates, reminders - are reviewed on a six weekly
basis controlled by our management information system
All litigation is tracked between jurisdiction and location countrywide
Our management information system actively monitors all cases to negotiation or trial to bring about early remedy and closure
All policy excesses are tracked within the Fund Management System
All VAT recoveries are monitored and pursued.
