At Glennon & Associates we recognise as the key area, the various cost factors which effect the Underwriters'
fund and the management of that fund.

In this way, on a case by case basis, we provide file estimates reviewed on a six weekly basis and in line
with developments. In the modern era, the flow of information to and from the many vital structures is essential
to the overall objective and essential to each of those individual structures.

Therefore, all cases at Glennon & Associates are retained on a database management system recording all
financial data from individual estimates to individual payments and thus providing gross estimates, gross
payments and total ground-up figures.

Our systems are flexible to the demands of our client companies - to take account of the information required,
the presentation required and the frequency required. Individual demands may require the provision of figures
on a gross or net basis reflecting case by case excesses or account deductibles.

The presentation of running deductibles is provided to Underwriters and to assist at renewal negotiations.

Our standards of presentation and content are reviewed and upgraded on a constant basis to provide and
maintain a superior standard of service to our instructing clients.
